Equality Agenda
While most of our members conform to the white male hetrosexual 'norm' this
branch is fully commited to the implementation of equal opportunities in the
workplace, as well as the provision of equal and fair representation for all our
members regardless of age, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. Any
members who have concerns in such areas can address them via their local
reps or through the branch itself.

regarding any equality or discrimination based issues using the contact details
shown further down this page.
Alternatively Aslef's four Representative Committees; each one being made up
of one member from each of our eight geographical districts, provide support
for local and national campaigns as well as dealing with issues raised by
individual members.
